Where to find your deactivation data. Uninstall the product or click Deactivate VRS in the Kofax VRS folder on the Start Menu (Version 4.10 only) or run Deactivate.exe in the bin directory under the VRS installation directory.
When asked to deactivate VRS click Yes. Wait while the attempt to access the license server fails. You will get a dialog called 'Deactivate - No Internet Connection.'
That dialog contains the path name of a file to which the deactivation code will be written. Copy and save the path name. Select 'Deactivate and save license information' and click OK. Your license will be deactivated locally. The serial number and deactivation code can be found in the file.
